I was pleased and surprised at the quality of work

We were one of the unfortunate families who suffered hurricane Irma damage to our home. I had visited one of the many beautiful homes built by Chris Perry, Riverside Builders, previously and was impressed with his attention to detail and respect for our fragile environment. I called him for his help in putting our Cocoa Beach Oceanside condo back together. First, we met and discussed the work I wanted done. Then, after his on site visit, cost agreement, and contract signing; we reviewed the materials and colors to be used for the walls, floors and cabinets. He designed and built cabinets to fit my particular living and dining areas. He patiently waited and offered a professional opinion when asked, as I had to look at all my color, texture and size choices before making a decision. Then, he worked with us to find and appropriate time during the holiday season. We would have to stay in a hotel while work was being done. His concern for my family's comfort was genuine. Finally, upon the on time completion of the renovation and redecoration of my home I was pleased and surprised at the quality of work, the value of the money spent was rewarded 100%+ and I cannot recommend Riverside Builders enough.
